Acupuncture increases circulation, decreases inflammation and gets energy flowing freely so you can be pain-free and feel your best.

Acupuncture also re-sets the nervous system so that you sleep well, digest your food, stay healthy, and feel aligned with your natural cycles and wisdom.

Acupuncture has this magical way of awakening us to the personal connection between body, mind, and spirit and also… to the fulfilling reality that we are also deeply connected the natural world and people around us.

As an acupuncturist I study nature and the natural cycles of all living things and then guide your body into alignment with that.

A few of my favorite things to treat lately are sleep issues, cycle issues, menopause, anxiety, mild depression, ADD/ADHD, high blood pressure, and PAIN… especially headaches:)
